Your New Year’s Resolution! Set Goals! Start with the FCCLA Program- the Power of One!

Posted by Patrick | December 31, 2013 |

New Exec COuncil June 2013Power of One is a National FCCLA program designed just for you! Power of One helps students discover and use their personal power to make a plan and hopefully achieve their goals! This program has 5 units: A Better You, Family Ties, Working on Working, Take the Lead, and Speak Out for FCCLA!

  • Through A Better You, students improve personal traits. In Family Ties you can learn how to get along with family members better.
  • You can explore work options, prepare for career, and improve your skills through Working on Working.
  • In Take the Lead, students develop better leadership skills.
  • Through Speak Out for FCCLA, students are encouraged to tell others about their great experiences in FCCLA!

Don’t forget that if you complete all five units you will receive national recognition. This Five Unit Recognition Application is found on the National website (http://www.fcclainc.org/) under programs, then Power of One. Get those Power of One projects started!
