State Executive Council
State Officers are elected at the annual State FCCLA Conference and together make up the State Executive Council with their advisers.
Board of Directors
The State Board of Directors is comprised of representatives from businesses, alumni, school administrators, advisers, state officers, and national officers from the state of Minnesota, and ex officio members.

Regions
There are five Regions in Minnesota FCCLA. The MN FCCLA Regions elect four Region Officers, a Junior High Council member and peer educators every year. The Region Officers organize two Region FCCLA conferences each year; one in fall and one in mid-winter.
Local Chapters
Local chapters elect their own youth officers that govern the local chapter. Most chapter advisers are Family and Consumer Science professionals.
