The State Executive Director leads the organization and heads state staff, that gives direction to and coordinates programs, communications, membership services and financial management. The executive director also coordinates communications and participation in national events with the national organization of Family, Career and Community Leaders of America.

The Student Leadership Groundwork Fellow works to improve opportunities for student leadership in Minnesota FCCLA. They play an instrumental role with making FCCLA accessible to students across the state of Minnesota, cultivating partnerships, and empowering students to propel themselves and the organizational forward through meaningful leadership roles.
