A common question this fall has been “Where is the National STAR Events Handbook?
It is not on the public site of the national website any longer. It is in the affiliation section of your chapter affiliation. When you enter your chapter affiliation site- it will be in the “resources”.
The Minnesota STAR and SKILLS Handbook is on the MN website in Competitive Events. The STAR Events registration for Regional levels will be open in November. Registration will be by January STAR Event.
Entry Deadline- Region level- January 6, 2017
The Qualifying Area STAR Events will be held in January.
MN Skill Events (there are 10) can be registered when you register for State Conference.
