Midwinter meetings are an incredibly important regional event. They mark the first round of FCCLA competitive events and provide neighboring chapters with opportunities to share resources, best practices and to make strong social bonds. Competing and advancing from Midwinter meetings is a requirement for competing at the State Conference or, potentially, even Nationals. Below are details for each Region‘s Midwinter Meeting including links to registration (must be done by chapter advisers), also noted otherwise expect them to run from 9am-1:30pm.

Type names / merge into this blank template to match what is mailed out
Mail merge option (importing several names into template)
- Click the Mailings tab on the top ribbon
- Click Select Recipients
- Use existing list – then select the excel sheet file with the list of names
- Highlight the Competitors Name field
- Click Insert Merge Field
- Find the appropriate “Names field”
- Select multiple fields (first and last) if they are separate columns in your excel sheet
- Click Finish Merge
- Select edit individual to preview certificates before printing
